What are the terms?
The suites are available for a minimum of 12 months on all inclusive terms including rent, service charge, business rates, heating, electricity, water rates, buildings insurance, security, shared use of the meeting room, building repairs etc.
Internet/telecom line charges/rentals are charged separately at competitive rates.

Leases are drafted outside Section 24-28 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1945 Part II. Charges are fully inclusive except for VAT, telecom and internet charges & car parking.
